Focus on English first, if a publisher likes your stuff they will pay to get it professionally translated into many other languages like French, Spanish, etc.
Absolutely. I hope if there are many comments here that are asking for a German version, it might help persuade an Agent / Publisher to make that decision ;)

Well, I won't buy the German translation because I rather read it in the original version... but I'm neither a German or English native! ;o)
