I'm experimenting with ideas to get the word out. The first is going to be running from now until January 7th: a buy-one, get one free deal so you can give a copy to a friend. Here are the rules:

1. Buy 2 copies of Demon's Bane; at least one of them dated from Dec. 27th to Jan. 7th
   • this way, those who already bought a copy can participate by buying one for a friend
2. Email me the receipts (e.g. scan/email Amazon receipt; etc), latest by Jan. 21st
3. I'll reimburse you the purchase price of one book via your Paypal account (preferred)
   • in Germany, also by Überweisung, if you include bank details
   • in the US, I can mail a check from my bank, if you include your name/address
   • (be sure to tell me which method you prefer!)
4. Reimbursement up to a maximum of the cover price in your currency:
   • $11.95 USD / €9.95 EUR / 8.95 GPB
